Small update and ajustments

Some minor changes and a few fixes and a gift for the undead playing crowd.
  • New skill for undead. Cheat Death (Requires level 20). From skills info text: You have a chance that an attack which would otherwise kill you will instead reduce you to 10% of your maximum health. In addition, all enemy damage taken will be reduced by up to 90% for 3 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once per minute.
  • Temporary fix for the occasional bomb exploding after a new round has started.
  • Tranquility cast time changed to 1 second instead of 2.
  • Fixed entangle roots end sound to only play if the target is still alive.
  • Fixed level sound to only be emitted if the player is alive.
  • Fixed the level command showing wrong information.
  • All dependencies on the engine, cstrike and fun modules have been removed and replaced by fakemeta and hamsandwich.

    ni har verkligen förstört servern med att uppdatera.. ALLA är undeads.. lite obalanserat

    I like this new type of WC3 really much with the new skills, more lvls etc. But the undeads are extremely overpowered. Its like you have combined shadowhunter+undead into this new skill. And the player have noticed that so 60% of all players choose it. Other then that, everything is good. Hands down for ur work. :)

    Ni borde vara inne oftare "admins" eller fixa till en ny som är inne lite oftare som kanske redan spelar på servern och är erfaren när det gäller admin-rollen

    You need to fix admins, they overuse powers when crowd decided different. So basically, ure admins are teenagers who suck at everything except thinking they have a little life "pleasure" when banning people! ? And fix that lame PTB ruins the server. Noobs!

    please admins show a bit more presence on the server there are lots of cheaters playing and it gets really annoying

    Sjukt rolig server att spela på! Tack så mycket för det hårda arbetet ni lagt ner. Respekt.

    Ni borde fixa lite fler administratörer som kan banna cheaters. R e s i s t har solklar wh och har sprungit runt i 3 dagar orörd.
